Interruptions during a consultation can be distracting for both the patient and the doctor. Staff will pass on messages electronically to the doctor as required.

If you have an urgent issue, please give reception a clear, concise explanation of the nature of the emergency and your call may be transferred to our nurses for triage.

Email 

Patients are encouraged not to contact the clinic via email regarding appointments or health information as it is not considered to be private or secure. Our email accounts are also not constantly monitored, therefore urgent information that may have been sent may not be actioned in a timely manner.

Our clinic is committed to maintaining the privacy of all our clients. With this in mind, we have upgraded the password protection on all external emails containing patient demographic and personal health information. You will require a password to access your document/s, please contact the surgery on (02) 6056 2447 to acquire your password.

To continue to comply with the National Privacy Principles, further security upgrades may be implemented in the future to help maintain our high privacy standards.
